David Tuntland’s attorney wrote the County Commissioners and asked them to obey the several violations of South Dakota law, rescind their Resolution of February 18, 2020 and go back and do it correctly. They responded by having a Deputy Sheriff serve papers on him and seek “relief” from the court.
