The county board of another county, this one in Illinois, (with population the size of Minnehaha County) has applied this doctrine and resisted onerous state Covid-19 mandates a year ago and are now resisting other state decrees and mandates, including 2nd Amendment violations. We have been in touch with the Chair of their County Board and hope to bring him out to speak in Lincoln County in the future.
